Hälsningar från maukkaboys trainingcamp :-D


We start with breakfast, well you make a long trip on it!
Porridge made of rolled oats, cosy thing for your stomach;-))))
A vitamindrink (Berocca) and a cup of coffee, not made on pods!
And then :Ready to Rock!!!!

That was it, I ran a half-marathon, 21.096 meter, actually I did run 21.120 meter to be exactly. Wonderful weather +18 C. Some facts from this half-marathon:
Average speed 11.4 km/h; Calories burned 1632 kcal; Heart rate Max 167 and Average heart rate 153; and time was 01:51:02. Ok, if you think that it only was a training pass done alone.
